If it has the same tank like visibility it won’t sell well. I can’t see GM making that mistake 3 times in a row. I don’t think it’s going to look like that rendering if it comes out.

We can hope! Chevy does need a NASCAR platform.

If production does materialize, it will be interesting to see pricing.

I like it and hope it comes true. Also for the people still complaining about visibility the C8 I sat in while getting the recall done had worse visibility than my Camaro (and I didn't mind it in the C8 either) and as far as I know sells decently and in fact iirc sold more then the Camaro at certain points before it ended its run. Also a lot of peoples "Dream" cars have worse visibility as well if you can't handle it in the Camaro you can't handle it in those cars.

Back on topic though I actually really like this and hope we see a new Camaro out of this and I agree with what was said earlier the source is from a more reliable place.

Cheapness is the only thing that will allow the camaro to sell. Because the market for a sports car is young people and really old men and if you're old you probably have enough money for cars that are more of a status symbol than the camaro.

They would need to sell the stock camaro in a way that us car makers just dont want to make it. As a decent but weak frame that comes with substandard parts but looks fast but allows replacing all the crappy parts with widely supported aftermarket parts that turn it into a beast. These aftermarket beasts would drive sales even if most of those buyers would just remain stock anyway.

That's really the only way it would find a market.. it has no real buyers competing with the vette, mustang and dodge in the 45k+ range, as we've repeatedly seen. This cadillac may look cool but it doesn't solve why the platform undersold, cuz it looks even more expensive.

Unfortunately looks like they resurged old photos for a headline

June 18, 2024 - From the Vault: Brave silhouette... The exercise evolved Cadillac’s iconic vertical illumination with a graphic emphasis on corners.

June 16, 2024 - Never before shown Cadillac Coupe and Pontiac G8 concept
Click on the main image to expand and see this concept car photographed irl at an event. Showcased at Eyes on Design show in Grosse Point Michigan same day

According to that posts OP, this was a older design from 2016
