I like the idea of adding more air thru the engine compartment to help cooling but, the aesthetics could look better. I have the Truefiber insert on mine and took off the rain diverter (see pic). While this does cost more ($400) I feel it looks better. I leave it off all the time and even when washing very little water comes in with just a quick wipe up. JMHO

IMVHO... It would stand out a lot less in black, as you were already planning. I like this idea. Mu car's only a fair weather car anyway, so I think this is a great idea!

KUDOS, and welcome back!

Good luck with your sales.
Think twice before you press post shit head. You don’t need an engineering study to draw the conclusion that removing a large, deliberately restrictive component will increase the mass flow rate in and out of the engine bay

In his defense it would be a nice delta to know the difference before and after with heat dissipation

You are way too kind, good Sir. Not sure why you want to reward such shitty behavior, though... going with kindness after people flaunting such an attitude is usually a lose-lose proposition. I'm sure you'll find other, much more decent members in the forum who would happily guinea pig this product for you.

This is a great additon when adding DSX Atlas Port injection as it raised the blower and you need to remove the under brace.

Thanks for the feedback Ted, I didn't realize that was also a good application for this. How much does the atlas raise the blower?
