Yep....I miss reading the tracking and ordering posts too. I know how excited I was, and it was nice to hear how excited others were while ordering and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and.....

In the summer of 2023 I was going to order a 2024, but was told I was probably not going to get an allocation as the dealer was only supposed to get a max of 2 orders built. I said I'd think about it. Then I got a call from the dealer as someone backed out of a 2023 SS 1LE 6MT in Black, but otherwise it was very close to my build. (I was going to order a Black 2024 LT1 with 6MT).

The original buyer I guess was sick of waiting for his build to show up and bought a Hellcat that was already on a Dodge lot. Don't think he even drove the SS as it didn't have any miles on it (My short little test drive more then doubled what was on the odo). I figured this was basically a sign, as I was pretty bummed at the thought of probably not getting my 2024.
So I bit the bullet on the 2023, which they gave me a bit of a break on since it was definitely an upgrade from the LT1 I was going to order (although the 2024 price increase negated some of it anyway).

Very happy with my decision
