I disagree on both counts.

Yup. That has how it knows what speed you are at, what gear you are in and what transmission you have. It also knows if you are in reverse and reverts to stock settings. Soler knows none of those things as it not connected to the OBD port.

From the website, it sounds like that feature only adds two functions:

Disables the throttle controller when vehicle is placed in reverse.

Reduces the effect of the throttle controller at speeds under 10mph.

Great quality product! I enjoy mines! Definitely wanted a different look over the other aftermarket throttle bodie that’s commonly used!
