You’ll need to do a rear brake conversion like I did to run 15’s. BMR sells the kit.

Well, I ordered the 555ii in December and still have no ETA, so I am about to try something different I guess. 305/30-20 is what I ordered. I might just go with 305/35-20.

305/35/20 is what I run. Per Dragy, Car will pull 3.0 0-60(2.7 with 1ft roll out like C8 uses) launching from second gear. So they won't hold 700+whp hammering it from a dig on the street but they do pretty good. They should hook really good on a basically stock ZL1.

Perhaps the next logical tire for me is the Toyo R88R in 345/30 ZR19, or try MTETS beadlock again and get the car aligned for it. The wobbling I had last year should not happen

For your car I would try the Toyo RR.

This is the first time I've heard of this tire. It's a bit taller than the R888R and doesn't have a noise-making tread pattern. I'll check availability. (It too is not currently available. Appears to be a summer racing tire.)

I run those also as King does and I'm lowered so no issues with rubbing. Perfect fit.

Summit now has them. Your power is close to mine, so tell us about them.

They are not as sticky as MT but they are extremely trustworthy on the street, they feel more like a road tire than drag tire at recommended manufacture pressures. If they get wet you don't die. If they get cold they don't complain that much. They don't make any noise like R888R.

Once you get them up to temp they are good, you can run them at ~30 psi and drive them around like street tires and definitely hold 3rd at our power level, if its a nice warm day you will hold 2nd. If you drop them down into the mid/high teens they behave like a drag tire.

I run PS4S 305/30R19 in the front and 555RII 345/30R19 in the rear
