If your low oil light is coming on that’s not good. I’d check it real good for leaks and I’d check it more often for sure.

I might be the anomaly here, but I typically change the oil in my 2018 ZL1 ever 6k - 7k miles and I usually have to add another quart of oil to the engine at the 4.5k mark. So, mine does seem to burn a bit.

But 1 extra quart of oil between changes is small potatoes compared to the absolute JOY I get out of this car.

Hey, I appreciate your response; but definitely not the right thing to say. I purchased this car on my own, and you have no idea the history of me/my parents. How do you even know I have parents? I’m asking real questions and getting horrid responses. If you think I’m a troll I can pm you videos of me driving my car. Otherwise, check my recent comments/posts. If you don’t mind me asking, how you purchased a ZL1, a 5.0 10-speed, and a truck, all within a year of you becoming a legal age adult? “All on your own”. I’m not much older than you and I purchased my car as well.. but you can go back and look at some of my posts too. I just think if all you say really is true, than others are right, this is not the car for you.
