I need to remove mine and move it more to the rear to meet Mike's fuel lines. My tool will not release it so maybe DSX has a better tool then mine. I released the stock fitting at the pump easily. When Matt gets here Sunday he'll be able to get it off. Today I have to run my wires up front for the JMS V2 I bought from MartinLE, he had it on his Camaro and its already adjusted so should be an easy install. He he has it set at 17.37, he found that was the best setting of all he tried. Got my 91 inch belt yesterday and we are starting out with a 105mm and see where we're at on Boost. Hope to stay around
10-11 psi with the 9.24 lower 10 rib. I also have a 98mm if we need a little more boost. My toohighpsi controller should be here by Monday or Tuesday.

I had to use the DSX supplied tool, my normal 3/8” Lisle QD tool didn’t do it. Now I didn’t mess with it that much, after a few tries I grabbed the DSX one and a couple tries later it popped off.

Why idk didn’t really pay much attention. I may go grab them here in a bit and see if there are any obvious differences.

I wonder if the profile of either end of the tool-to-the-sensor-release-parts is either too thick or not long enough. I recall having release tools that, sometimes, just didn't fit for a flex sensor. Fingers crossed it's figured out though.

That's looking great. It's making it more difficult to control my wallet... The rails tuck-up really nice against the bottom of the blower. Because I have to focus on stealth, I feel like a lot of my plumbing would hide A LOT of that stuff. Especially if I stay away from stainless braided lines and such.

I think that may be the case, just to thick to get it to release. Maybe I'll contact Dsx and get a tool ordered. I didn't do the install so I don't have the tool that would have come with the kit.

The DSX looks to have a slightly larger OD, but it’s not a lot…. blue one is a 3/8” Lisle.

I have a 3/8 metal tool I bought, doesn't look as big as the DSX. Bet that is the problem.

Good Morning, today we hit it again and trying to get most of the install done. Gotta wire the JMS, AFR harness, pull and replace the stock balance with ATI, pull the bumper and install the front LTR (intercooler). Waiting on 4 fuel line connector fittings that's coming from Amazon. The ones you saw in the pic blue plastic release fitting were just the mock up ones used by Mike and we needed to use these until mine arrived so I could test fit everything in the engine bay. Then we can make all the connections and get the blower bolted down. Fingers crossed we have everything needed and nothing got missed. Pretty sure we do but if we are it gives me a couple days to round things up before we get ready to fire it on Wednesday. Still waiting on the Controller, its supposed to be dropped shipped and should be here by Tuesday, hopefully.

We had a few little issues but nothing Matt and I couldn't figure out. Its just real tight on the passenger side where the brace is from the fender to the firewall with all the fuel lines. The FF sensor takes up a lot of room and I'd probably move it closer to the drivers side. Mike doesn't include fuel lines in his kits, he did this one for me since it was the 1st 2300 Maggie anyone has done. The 91 inch belt fit perfectly, I had good info from MartinLE on the belt he was running since we had similar uppers and lowers. I'll be running the 9.24 10 rib on the lower and 105 upper starting out and we'll see what boost level were are out once we can get some street logs or on the dyno. We hope to run 10-11 lbs. I do have a 98 if we want to run a little more boost depending on the fueling.

Your project definitely looks “right” without having that spaghetti look under the hood. You guys busted your butts today to get it this far. This is a good looking install for sure. The THPSI crew and Mike stepping up to help out is a plus. Good job!
