The Tuner is BRC Raceworks (Ryne Cunningham): https://brcraceworks.com/ and the shop that did the work is JEP Autoworks in Hemet. The info is in the dyno plots. I would recommend both. Ryne moved to TX but JEP and Ryne still collaborate with remote tunes, I believe.
