I like black chrome but not a fan of standard chrome anymore. Granted, I'm not a huge fan of all black wheels either anymore. Both have been played out for too long.

I’d prefer the “machined” finish over the “chrome”. I agree with the member that said it can/does look better on dark colored cars. Just my $0.02

I do admit, chrome doesn't look too bad on them although still prefer the gray. Silver wouldn't look bad. Black would be blah on all levels on this car in my opinion. Before I put the M017's on my car, I considered getting them powdercoated in silver or Super Chrome (a muted version of chrome, not near as bright which is good IMO). In the end, I just kept the M017s gray. I do not think either silver or Super Chrome would have looked great on that style of wheel.

Yeah, the OE wheels are a bi%ch to clean. You need to get a dish brush....ugh.
I am not driving the car right now for various reasons, its parked...so I will look at wheels later. All the ones I like are like 1200 each.....

I think the OEM ZL1 wheels are very nice, color too, the only reason I went with aftermarket wheels on mine is to set mine apart and for a little weight savings, otherwise I think its one of the best looking factory wheels out there.
