As for how many cars they produced, I have no doubt that there are other top shops cranking out those numbers too. |

It's a high priced reliable package with a warranty. If that checks your boxes then go for it...

I seriously doubt it other than maybe LPE or KaTech, but if some shop tells you it does, post it here.

They ALWAYS come out with something that'll grab people attention. Not long after a new platform comes out, they are promoting the xxxx HP package. You do not see others doing that. They have a set package and I'm sure a majority of their customers have no clue about the engine or driveline of a vehicle so they go with their package. Where as other places will let you bring your own stuff or choose with them. To each their own, I'm just sick of John Hennessy seeing his business being treated as a top tier shop. |

Which to my previous post, marketing sells. There's people that have 0 clue about cars, buy a ZL1, have money, see this glorious Hennessey advertisement and sooo oohhh ahhhh and away they go. JSH i really dont know why you defend these guys so much. You paid a fortune for your build and are making less power then people that paid 15k. Just admit, there's better and cheaper shops then henessey that do as good as work if not BETTER. There's nothing (custom) about what they do, they do the same thing everyone else does, except they have the marketing and the name. That's the only difference, plus a 200% markup. If someone want to spend that money, then so be it.

I say get the Z06. You have a BAD ASS Camaro currently and a Vette will be the perfect "other" car with a completely different platform. The only challenge I see is the availability.

Either way, the two cars you are considering are drastically different. if you must get either an exorcist or a 2022 zo6 I would hands down get a z06. |

Wow, thank you for all the input. Positive and negative. I like to entertain both sides of the coin. I am leaning more towards the ZO6 at the moment but was at the dealer and production dates are not set yet. I can put a deposit down to guarantee a car though. I need a warehouse so I can buy several cars lol.

Not sure I trust GM to build a reliable high revving Ferrari beater, it's not really their bread and butter. Look at all the engine problems Ford has with the GT350 (although not widely reported)
The LT4 is a solid, proven platform for big power, just needs a reliable oil pump and new blower. I would only consider a Z06 after it has proven itself for a few years, and even then I'd probably rather have a GT3 (which is reliable) |
