The S0007A is 240TW, and TireRack has them in the Extreme category, but as expected they're much less grippy than 200TW tires. But, they didn't chunk apart and the NVH is an improvement over all 200TW except A052s (which I thought were damn good on the street). They'd be excellent for someone who wants a street & track tire, and who doesn't push hard on the track.

I was going to get these when I thought I was getting some 18" wheels for daily driving, but the deal fell through and I'm still on the 20s. It was a deal that would be too hard to pass up if I had bought the wheels. I'm still very happy with the a/s 3+ I use on the 20's, just hate 20" wheels.

The tires I and many friends ordered yesterday aren’t in yet, still at the harbor I bet,but was told they are 2020.

I was told by someone in my autox group the price went up to ~$190.

VR Baron, TR expects the tires to arrive May 27th.

Thanks, they told me sometime Late next week, so close enough. Now one friend who ordered late was told some tires may come in a next shipment. So maybe more coming in. Another friend called at noon yesterday and was told all sold out from this shipment.

They came earlier than expected. UPS even had it scheduled for late afternoon, but it was 10 AM. Date coded 4119 as above
