It's mildly sacrilegious, but from a cursory look Dodge's seat belt guide part might be applicable and would certainly have more of an OEM feel (sorry Jim, not bashing your strap at all).

That would work if those holes are 1/2" and the posts would go through, otherwise i don't know if you could screw that into the seat.
Strap is cheap and easy, but I am sure not the best available. Thanks for the idea, I will see what size it appears to be. Jim
