Open the app. Then click on the gear icon and go into the settings area. Then go down to the "Manage extra PIDs/sensors and click it.

Click on the 3 dots in the right corner and click "add custom PID"

I hope this next part makes sense. One each of these sections in the custom PID fields add the data I have for each section. If there is nothing in the section, leave it blank.

- OBD2 mode and PID - 220052
- Long name - Ethanol %
- Short name - E85
- Minimium value - 0.0
- Max value - 100.0
- Scale Factor - 1x
- Unit type - %
- Equation - (A/255)*100
- OBD header - Leave blank
- Diagnostic start command - leave blank
- Diagnostic stop command - leave blank
- Overrides PID - Does not override any PID
- Remember equation function data - I used store value globally

That should be it, then you just need to add one of the graphs to your screen and choose the one you named E85.

Advanced fuel dynamics flex fuel kit, comes with a bluetooth link and you can see the E% on your phone in real time. Pretty easy and affordable.
