not bad! i started sept 2018 at 254lbs and im down to 194/195lbs now just on keto diet and gym 2-3 days a week ! hardest part is trying to keep it off so im still on diet and gym also but now im on carnivore diet and a cheat meal every week or 2

Yeah I cut simple carb out. No sweets no candy.
No bread or complex carbs.
Lots of eggs fish chicken salads avocados.
Not going crazy with fatty red meats or bacon.
I bought MCT oil and put in my coffee then vitamix.

nice that is the way to go and im carnivore now lol so only meat cheese eggs and butter


i fast 5 days a week so no breakfast during work week


today lunch is pulled pork and bacon and a piece of cheese



snack later will be sausage and cheese and jerky and pork rinds


steak for dinner lol

It is really important that fat intake needs to be high to loos weight?
If so I will get it thru MCT oil.

yup i used the carb manager app to track everything i ate and i used mct oil and collagen also i was always over on my protein but it was hard to fit my fat # daily


now that i hit my weight goal and im under 200lbs i dont counts hit anymore lol
