BTW, our Adapters for 95 mm TB to MSD 103 mm are done. Perfect match from TB outlet to MSD inlet. Edge to edge all around, smooth blends, zero pressure drops, catches the seal completely without interrupting the flow.

I'm planning on the same setup but I ordered an A/F gauge to make sure it didn't lean out on upper rpms. I ported a lower intake on a V6 Dodge Magnum and it went way lean after 4000 rpm.

I had a tuner so fixed the problem before it caused any damage. I also have a tuner for my SS and will be watching A/F very close.

Mike said the adapter would be done the end of this week so I guess they are. Probably order the TB in the next day or 2.

Thanks, DannyC.

Yes, all Adapter Kits are in stock, 95-87 (Stock), 95-103 (MSD), and 95-Custom (Just let us know the Manifold snout internal diameter).

Adapters are included in the price of our 95mm (100mm Effective) TB's. Let us know which manifold you have so we can send the right one.

Thanks,

Would I be correct in assuming this adapter is fine for a stock non Solar Performance 95mm TB to mate up to an MSD?

Probably seems like a stupid question and an obvious yes but it never hurts to ask lol.

I already have a 95mm TB and unfortunately am not currently looking to upgrade my TB to one of your units at the moment.

See 103mm Manifold pic below. It has material protruding into the bore at 4x places to allow for screw holes. The seal also runs inwards there.

The bull-noses catch the Seal there, and allows flow to smoothly go over those protrusions. The Adapter outlet matches the Manifold inlet edge to edge all around.

That is correct, Robby. It works for the Stock 95mm as well.

Thanks,

Though you should definitely consider the upgrade in the future, absolutely worth it for the drivability alone.

So I'm very interested in this set up too, I got a rotofab Cai and looking to get the Soler LT5 throttle body with the adapter and the MSD IM but I've seen alot of mixed things about the MSD that it's not worth it, that you lose alot of low end power and only gain power up top? If u tune it can u still keep that low end power cause for a street car I feel like that low end torque will be alot more useful. How have ur cars reacted to this setup?

It seems the data now days shows that you're not going to lose any low end on the msd with a tune vs the stock IM and stock tuning. A ported stock IM might have more low end than a stock msd but a ported msd probably evens that out.
