Hey it has a hp tuner so the files it has is .hpt I would guess that is a sct tune file

Making a claim for a refund does not make anyone a scammer. OP has been in this forum for years. I don't know him but we don't call people scammers without a justified reason. Tossing that word around makes it lose its real value.

Thank you both for the support. I love dealing with people 99% of times, sometimes things just don’t work out and you have to walk away. The interchiller guy I gave great initial first impressions on until commitments fell short over and over and over. But all in all the community is probably the #1 reason I love cars

Making a claim for a refund does not make you a scammer. Making a claim for a refund and not returning it does. Maybe one day you'll sell someone something and theyll take your money and not return the product and then you'll understand.
