Maybe the car is being driven by the shop owner's wife.
![]() 1. I would GPS locate the car - just to make sure the car is actually there. 2. I would carefully inspect the car for damage. 3. Never bring your car again - you need to feel comfortable as a customer. 4. Leave them an appropriate review online. You can also make the panic horn go off remotely every 15 minutes - just to show them who is boss. Maybe they will call you and ask you to come fix it.

I dont understand the half down policy actually. I never have heard that in that type of business.
I pay at the end of the service for all my film and ceramic coat. |

With you giving them a deposit, your stuck between a rock and hard place. Although I would not have left until they gave me a time in which it would be done!
