I would drive it, just refrain from any 150mph pulls lol. Break it in and have fun. Keep an eye on the psi gauge.

Normally I would agree with everybody saying drive it. Normally.
About 2 years ago I had the same problem on my Trailblazer SS. Same outer tread area. I have plugged tons and tons of tires. I’m a licensed mechanic.
For some damn reason my plug came out on my TBSS. Put another plug in.
No big deal. That one came out too.
Personally, I don’t trust plugs of any sort on the outside tread block.
It’s just me but I’m not new to tire repairs. FAR from it.
The outer tread block can be troublesome. I’ve seen way too many failures With plugs there that I didn’t install. And my install bit me twice.
Mind you I have had cars that lived long lives with plugs there too. But, they weren’t low profile tires.

Use Safety Seal plugs. #1 period. You will never question plugs again.

There's a tire place four miles from my house that patched my run-flat and gave me a lifetime warranty for the work. They can be patched, it's industry b.s. forcing tire shops to say they can't patch them...

Last year, similar location, plugged it. 2 road trips and even put it on the track for 4 sessions. Over 3k miles and still holding air.

The only problem I am trying to cope with now is buying a second rear tire... I know I don't have to, but I hate unmatched tires - even though I have <1K Miles on this set.

I'll go drive it now, and think about it while I smile.
