FYI, In the 6 1/2 years I've had my 5th gen ZL1, I can count on a single hand how many 5th gen I've seen on the road during daily driving.

I see plenty at car show, etc, but as far as daily casual driving?
I don't recall see any other 5th gen ZL1 Verts on the road at all.

There is no shortage of ferraris, mclarens, lambos, '05 ford-GTs, super snakes, etc. around here. See them all the time.

But I've never seen a 5th gen ZL1 vert out on the road. Not even at the car shows I frequent. And other than The Mistress, I've only seen one other 6th gen ZL1 vert on the road, once.

Where I live in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC, I see 8 to 12 5th gen camaros every day during my commute. I might see 3 6th gens, but a ton of 5th gens.

I've seen a total of two 6th gen verts over during the last two years.
One is mine.

Honestly, in my area, I have never seen a 6th gen ZL1 vert on the road.

The only 6th gen vert I have seen are 1 2SS 2019 in white and a 2017 or 2018 2LT in blue.

Makes it even sweeter that there are not many Zl1 verts.

I laugh every time when you see a person head turn while they point and hit the person next to them to get their attention to look at the car as you drive by... You think your driving some rare super car...Oh wait you are!!!

Too funny

ZL1 verts

In my neck of the woods, I've never seen another 5th or 6th Gen ZL1 vert driving or at any local car shows. It just so happens I'm lucky enough to have a 2013 & 2018 ZL1 vert because I love these cars that much. Of course there both red, along with our others vehicles 2018 Tahoe & Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Of course it's a crap shoot trying to predict what will be collectible one day, but the fact that there are less than 300 manual transmission ZL1 convertibles made per year has me hopeful that as long as I keep taking care of it, it will one day be a "classic".

but we are

I saw someone post comparing the coupe to the vert, and stated that the zl1 coupe with a sunroof gives you about the same feeling as the zl1 vert...

HELLLLL NOOOOOOOOO

I have never felt anything like driving in this car with the top down and my system on blast... its like a roller coaster ride from heaven

Great choice OP!
