Yea it almost does look like water droplets. But given the description in the OP, I was expecting to see dents and visible paint defects. I didn't really see anything, except that "noise" in the photo. I really want to know if that was in the paint or not.

We used a paint thickness gauge all over the car. Left side was 7 to 10. Right side was 10 to 18. Left fender was a full inch from being even with the door. Rear bumper had black primer showing through. They plasti dipped the front splitter. It sold, so I hope no one bought it on here.
