I totalled a car about 10 years ago - the Tread took out front bumper, hood, fenders & windshield

I use Waze every time I am on the highway and it has helped me avoid road hazards several times. This year while going south on I95 in Florida it helped me miss a wood pallet.

This big pole fell from the back of a truck and went right into my bumper, just dodged my radiator but since then I’ve kept my distance from everything!! Lol it could’ve been worse bro. Things happen, it sucks but just remember it could’ve been worse

I was just about to mention using waze. Sometimes people will tag road debris and Waze will warn you to look for it. I myself will tag anything on the road and do the same for other wazers.

Not just re-treads....I had a well known manufactured tire on my tahoe that were not re-treaded, with plenty of tread on them, which pretty much shredded the entire outer shell of rubber while we were on I95 coming back from Florida.
Pressure was right, tire got us into the nearest gas station, but my wheel well flare was busted along with the lower rear plastic wrap around.

When I got new tires (not Generals) the shop said it is not uncommon and not particular to any brand. I switched to wranglers though.....

That incident freaked us all out....lol

BTW....WAZE is great! Wasn't using it then though...
