Looking amazing

I detailed my car for the first time last week as well and honestly the best advice is to truly not to think too much. Just the basic research on applying/using the product and then have at her. My only regret is not having a test/dummy car to practice on first but you live and learn

only real issue is that it doesn't play nice with your DA buffer on the clear bra. so I had to go over that part of it low speed 1/2 and wipe down, other than that. was a breeze.
I did use chemical guys strip down shampoo over dawn. but same principal.

What is the ratio you use for the reload/echo20 mix?

One note about polishing with Essence, is you should wait to apply Reload. Exactly how long depends but overnight worked for me. I have done a couple of family cars in the past couple weeks and found that, I was rushing, if apply Reload immediately after Essence I get hazing. I reached out to CarPro and they say it sounds like Essence had not cured enough.

no echo20 at all. the reload I did was directly on. is what the instructions on the bottle said. similar to that of a quick detailer.

it was probably 2.5 hours or so in between the polish and applying of the reload. I've heard you had to wait to cure also, but most research I've done only stated an hour or so.

I think it depends on the environment/climate. My issues occurred on very cold and humid days...

The Essence/Reload is a winning combination though!

From carpro:

Corey said the dilution for a QD is 1:‪3:15‬ (+/- a few ounces is ok for the h2o).

I put it in a 16.9 oz bottle so- 1 ECH20, 3 Reload, 13 water (5/15/80%)

Just thought I’d add my experience with the special carpro sauce listed above.....it’s amazing. Leaves the car looking darn near like a fresh coat of Reload. I use a couple/few sprays each panel when drying after a full wash, or give the car a once over after a rinseless wash.

I use 1:20 Echo/distilled water, with 3 oz of Reload for a 32 ounce spray bottle, perfect mix IMO.

Haven't used many different products, but Reload has been the best so far. it's been about 2 months and the protection is still obvious. Good beading and shine.

My weekly routine can use some streamlining though. Thinking about switching to the single bucket multiple mitt wash technique with quick detailing in between. That should save on time and water and allow bi-weekly washes instead.

Since applying Reload on the wheels, a quick strong spray from the hose and a damp microfiber gets the job done.

Yes 1 bottle for QD or drying agent. The drying agent I use every 3 or 4 rinseless washes.

Trying not to over think, but it's nice to understand what tools do in order to put them to the best use. So if I'm learning this correctly, Essence is a polish which prepares the surface for Reload which is a sealant. Ech20 is a washing agent which is used as needed to clean surfaces previously treated with Essence/Reload. To get an extra shine, the Ech20/Reload/Water spray is applied to the wet surface during an Echo rinseless before using a drying towel. If that's all right, I can start under thinking. Please confirm/clarify. Oh, and finally, if one keeps ahead of things with these measures, why would it be necessary to occasionally strip down with Dawn?
Thanks!
