I say show me the Log, Low side fuel pressure, High side fuel pressure, Injector opening time. nuff said.

Or that is the happiest dyno in the country.

I made 695rwhp on 93 octane with headers, Cat delete, stage 2 cam with 32% lobe, LT4 upgrades, 14 psi, pistons, Alky Control.....

700+ flywheel maybe, but no way at the wheels without more supporting mods.

700whp is a 140mph trap speed. I mean on stock fuel system with just a cam LOL

I think Laynlo made 670rwhp on blower, CAI and Methanol. It would be reasonable that though it doesn’t have nearly the area under the curve the procharger might peak out with a higher HP number.

Pretty sure he has lingenfelter HPFP and the zl1 / 1LE low side. Can’t remember if he is running stock injectors or not though.

He can say for sure, I do think he had the Lingenfelter HPFP...But he just added the rest...then again, I can’t ever get him to hang out with me and explain all the good stuff...

I think that was the first car we did with the drop in pistons

MSD intake

TSP Cam with 32% fuel lobe
Pushrod Trunion upgrade
They claim to have done this on 93 octane with a stock fuel system. Is anyone else getting close to this numbers?
I have never pushed an LT1 stock fuel system.

But the lastest LT4 stock fuel system I pushed was the following:
807 on an LT4 with 91 and Cam only. (no meth)
No fuel issues what so ever and could have made more but custom wanted 800 (car was on track to make ~850)
I wish the car had 93 in it, that would have been nice.

The P1X is a wicked blower... just wicked efficient.
Cams seem to be getting better on these cars.

I think power numbers will be rising soon across the board.

Un related to thread. But can you comment on the rings? What did you guys do? In the video it looks like you either re used stock rings after re-gapping them (I think I see rings on the stock slugs so I don't think so?). Or the block was so new that the original rings hadn't fully seated? So you didn't need to hone? Just curious because I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with the car long term (whether to save longer for a zl1 or try to do an lt1 build in the garage).
I'd be interested in drop in pistons but I wan't to know what exactly is meant by "drop in"

We recommend a light hone for a smooth cylinder wall prior to install. The pistons come with a new ring kit that are file-fit depending on the application/combo. The "drop-in" essentially means no intense machine work or balancing required when using the stock rod/crank.

Ok yeah I think that's what most people assume, but I'm curious how one is supposed to hone the cylinder without removing the oil squirters. I don't imagine there's much room to get an allen in there with the crank in place.... But then again I've yet to have an lt1 apart in my hands.

So I was curious as to what your shop did. But I appreciate the response none-the-less.
