The dealership reached out to Chevy tech resources. As expected the caster can't be changed with OEM parts. The only suggestion was to lower the front end or raise the rear, not doing that.

They were able to set the front camber to -2 degrees and tweaked the the back end alignment. They only charged me for the front end alignment. There's a one time use alignment bolt that they used. I don't know if it's just the expectation or if the alignment but, steering feels tighter and quicker.

They did one of my complimentary oil changee with 5W-40 rather than 5W-30 at no additional cost to me.

Happy for now. Next weekend I'll be at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports

I strongly recommend getting set up with a lifetime alignment package. Then check the toe constantly! I got the lifetime alignment from Firestone for $180 and I'm going to get it checked before every track day.

If it's good at all Firestone dealers find one for the "track alignment" before hitting the track, and another for a "street alignment" after track day.

Guys at each shop will be like "How's this guy's alignment always get so screwed up every time he comes in?"

This way they won't think you are getting them to set up your car for track days "free" all the time.

Every time you adjust camber they are reusing the 1 time use TTY bolt. I tell them to leave the Camber alone (already at track spec) and only fix the toe. Camber is fine to daily in track spec, toe is what will chew through your tires. It gets knocked out often with these huge tires.

Wow that is crazy fast treadwear.

I bought a lifetime alignment at Firestone, they couldn't get the track camber. There's a one time use OME bolt that the dealership used. Now that the camber has been set, I wonder if Firestone can keep me at -2?

Once camber is set it stays put much better than toe. So yes. They can just adjust the toe and leave your camber alone. Just be sure to tell them every time you get the car aligned that the Camber will show out of spec but to leave it and only set the toe.
