Yes the others looked nearly as sooty, just without the insulator being fully caked in the black soot. They were all dry black and not wet. This was all of them.

Just for comparison sake. Here is one of the 6510's I was running. I pulled them to go with the 6509's since I felt the 6510's were just too cold (2 steps colder).
