Good luck removing the seats without destroying the two white tabs that hold the seat bottom in place. Both of mine were shredded.

Got mine out with a large prybar... felt like i was going to bend the seat frame but didnt... not a great design.

Anyone know if you have to remove the seat bottom (I assume so) to replace the rear seat belts (installed the OEM red units)?

clarification on how to release the upper rear seat on a 6th-gen ZL1 1LE

Since I had trouble with this recently on my 2019 ZL1 1LE, to release the upper seat back, you have to push IN (forward towards the front of the car) on the steel tab indicated by the arrow in the picture, not pull back on it (toward the rear of the car):
