what is OTD? TTL?

BTW, no dealer i have ever dealt with or seen advertisements of, quotes TTL, it's alway "DOES NOT INCLUDE TTL" and sometimes even other fees are "not included"

if that price is TTL it's an amazing deal.

Same. I looked at a Hyper Blue 1LE there and they initially would not let me test drive it because it was a "high performance" car. I started walking and I was stopped because they thought we were talking about a ZL1. Regardless, I am an adult with a clean driving record. I would never purchase a vehicle without a test drive. Never had an issue anywhere else.
