Sounds like a Tune is needed

Well the gm cold air intake cones with a tune. Don't you think u would need one with the Roto Fab one too?

I have tuned my car for other things but if your just doing the air box a tune is needed in my opinion. Not good to run lean for to long.

This is the LAST thing I wanted to hear at the moment. My heart was SOLD on the ROTOFAB because all the shit GM was gonna take me through with there intake and the no charge for the tune crap. I've have heard ALL positive reviews on the ROTOFAB, so I'm just gonna take this as a lesson, to check my damn clamps real good when I do the install. And OP error.

Our intake was developed to work great with the stock tune! It is a true "no tune" intake, while still capable of making huge gains on highly modified cars. (40 hp gains on multiple supercharged builds!!)

Below are a couple graphs showing solid gains on otherwise stock Camaros. The AFR plot at the bottom shows that our system performs great on the stock calibration, and does not rely on leaning out to make good power!

From JDP Motorsports, Bone Stock vs. Roto-fab, Stock tune

From SCT Performance, Bone stock vs. Roto-fab, Stock tune, AFR included below.
