All of our supercharger systems that we put together in house are intercooled.

We also utilize the pre cooler in the driver side fender well.

So technically speaking we have 2 heat exchangers and 2 intercoolers.

We sent it out with 549 and 597 to the tires. The best pull was cooled off at 563 rwhp and 607 tq

This is our $4995 package plus a rotofab intake on 93 octane fuel

You need a lot of parts to do the job correctly - Here is the basics

We have everything in stock - https://lsa-conversion-store.myshopi...formance-parts

Is there any upward potential from here or would it be time for a new blower?

So Andy, does this include everything needed for the complete build? Including all bits and pieces, intercoolers, the pre-coolers, installation manual and software? Like a typical complete kit?

I live in frisco. May have to look into this. Is the 1 year 12,000mile warranty the entire motor or just the work? Is there anymore upgrades to increase HP or is it a complete change out?

Oh my! Got to let her loose last night! I thought her name would emerge as "undercover angel" but she told me last night it's Nasty Girl!

Roughly the same power level as my ZL1 but is much more violent (in a fun way!). Difference in tuning for the compression and cam profile I gues. Definitely Nasty, feel more beastly then the ZL.

The warranty with us is the parts 1 year and labor 90 days.

Considering they are all OEM Parts ,its pretty much a solid build.

No install manual.

No tune.

We have photos of the components going together for reference.

The rest of the parts are complete(bits, pieces, new center intercooler, precooler(uses original precoolers just like ctsv and zl1,comes with all the proper hoses)

We as well as many other shops through out the united states and over seas use this blower just like the lsa blower.......Capable of 700+ rwhp with proper engine and components. The OEM Did a great job at working with EATON on this little blower.

I have 1 customer that makes 720 rwhp with one on E85,Cam,Stock Manifolds,Downpipes,Stainless works exhaust,Rotofab Intake,ADM Pulley and 14 psi boost,Wiseco Forged Pistons.

Here is what it is

- TVS 1740 High output roots supercharger
- Weighs 23 pounds less than the LS9 2300
- TVS1740 Front-Inlet Front-Drive rotors, utilizes the same Eaton technology as the Corvette ZR1 LS9
- Provides cooler discharge temperatures than comparable twin-screw systems due to design
- Advanced high-flow inlet forward design
- The heat exchanger has 15 fins per centimeter—that’s 50 percent higher density than on the LS9. So even though it’s 24 percent smaller, the intercooler rejects 10 percent more heat than the LS9. dual-pass charge-air-coolers utilize with less restriction than LS9 2300.On a typical 68-degree day, the discharge air from the supercharger can reach 248 degrees. By the time it passes the heat exchanger, those charge air temps are down to less than 120 degrees.
- Designed to minimize noise Better air-handling characteristics than comparable superchargers
- More power in a smaller package
- Internal Bypass Valve virtually eliminates parasitic loss (uses less than 1/3 of a horsepower at 60 mph)
- Delivers a proven increase in real world "under the curve" power
- High thermal efficiency
- Redesigned inlet and outlet ports specific to LT1/LT4
- Utilizes all factory "push-lock" connectors
- Displacement on demand hardware retained for improved fuel economy
- Components have been independently tested to GM’s specification
- Only requires an oil change every 80,000-120,000 miles
- 1-year/12,000 mile warranty supercharger
- Standard 1-year Limited Warranty on electronics

- Price does not include install or tune

-In house installation and tune only - $1595.00 on most cars

"Our customer's ZL1-1LE project has just been completed, and laid down the highest power output we have seen as of yet through a stock LT4 supercharger! This build combination is focused around our Stage IV performance package with the addition of E85 flex fuel as well as an AlkyControl dual nozzle methanol injection system. With just 55 miles on the clock, this monster track car laid down 801rwhp and 725rwtq on E85, and 734rwhp and 652rwtq on 93 octane!!!
The build combination is as follows:
Vengeance Racing LT4 CNC ported cylinder heads
Vengeance Racing Stage III camshaft
Vengeance Racing cold air intake system
Vengeance Racing flex fuel sensor kit
AlkyControl dual nozzle methanol injection system
Kooks Headers and Exhaust longtube header system
STOCK LT4 short block
STOCK LT4 throttle body and supercharger
STOCK heat exchanger system
STOCK clutch"
