Ok, you have my curious. How much drag do you honestly think you would create from this and what would be the anticipated impact? I don't see them having more than a negligible impact unless you were running the "Ring" and trying the beat the latest ZL1 time. Street, impact - nada.

It would not change the 1/4 mile time since the air goes in towards the bottom and circles right out the top.

The scoop looks better than the second one i posted

I might just bite in it cause the seller said if i am not happy within 30 days ge will take them back no questions asked

I kind of like the perforated ones. Might work with the black and blue theme I'm going for. Would like to see them on a hyper blue car.

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

The ones with holes have the word CAMARO in red ir yellow. I like that. I am not sure what set i want. I like them both. The scoop looks a little better but the flat one looks less obnoxious

Did you paint the scoop or did you mount it the way it came? Do you have some pics of it installed?

Any drag or whistling sounds on the highway?

American authority is a great company.

American Authority (Hood Scoops) and Noweeds (Exhaust Sound Management) are the two best companies I've dealt with in my life ever when it came to Customer Service and response time.

American Authority: Made in America, quality and great customer service and I say this because I've dealt with them in a good way so far. I want to buy more and hope they come out with other parts for different areas of the car besides the ZL1 style they currently have. By the way they're a branch off the company "American Muscle" which as you know make high quality parts for our fellow Mustang rivals!
I would suggest you go with the scoops man because they're awesome and the other scoop is ...to be honest....cheezy.

What company do you represent? I know I have seen you before but no indication on this thread who you are.

his opinion on American Authority is right on the money. I emailed the owner a few times and he responds instantly and is friendly.
