Thanks guys. I've always had a thing for mustangs, but by no means am I brand loyal. There's no denying that gm did an awesome job with the 6th gen camaros and the 1LE is just so much car for the money. It was a no brainer to go for the 1LE at this price point

Congrats and welcome! I made a similar switch - previous two cars were a 14 Mustang Premium GT and a 15 Mustang PP GT with Recaros. Also went to a white 1LE lol. Curious to see what your thoughts are comparing the two cars. Was your Mustang stock?

Darn i hated you jajajja i was in contact woth them for a month waiting for that white one and they didnt let me put a deposit down to place a hold... the day it arrived i was in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone... your the reason why i had to settle for a black one... lol, i had been trying to get my hands on a white one for that price for over 5 months when i lost that one i just quit and got a black one... purchased it last Saturday, whites in florida sell loke freaking hot cakes. Anyway enjoy buddy maybe we will meet one day

Thanks, congrats to you as well! My '15 GT was stock with the exception of a catback, but I did basic bolt ons to my previous 2 mustangs( 2012 GT C/S and a a 2010 GT). As far as comparing the 2, I'm still breaking in the 1LE, so I can't give an accurate performance comparison, but even at half throttle keeping it below 4K, I can tell the low end and midrange power is noticeably better than the mustang, granted it is over 100 pounds lighter with 55 more torque. Haven't been able to push the car in corners yet, being in south Florida, it's pretty flat and straight, so no twisties in my commutes. Although I can say the 1LE has tons of grip. Since both cars are my daily driver, I can say that the mustang was the more comfortable car to drive, having less aggressive bolstering on the seats(really only affects getting in and out of the car) as well as way better visibility in my opinion. I understand the 1LE is more track focused, so the trade offs in comfort are understandable. I loved the mustang and it was certainly a great car, just wanted something different and the 1LE is hands down the best performing car for the money, without sacrificing too much in terms of daily drivability. Sorry I can't give a better comparison, I don't have much seat time in the 1LE, only had the car about a week.

That's funny, the salesman told me that someone else was interested in the white one but couldn't make it down there that day. They called me as soon as they pulled it off the truck and I was there within an hour lol. White was my top pick, followed by black or nfg. I'm in West Miramar so I'm sure we'll cross paths or possibly attend some meets. Congrats on your 1LE!

I test drove the 5.0 PP a couple times and really wanted to like it... it was a little more comfortable for to sit in and I preferred the looks slightly.. low and wide. The GTPP I was looking at was also only $33-35k I think which is so cheap, but the Camaro just blows it away as a driver's car. I love it!

Congrats on your new 1LE, you're going to love it!

I bought my new 1LE and love it, however, my daughter wasn't too happy, she works for Ford, on the Mustang program, up in Detroit. She called me a traitor and said you better wear that Ford hat that I bought you while driving your Camaro LOL

Bought from the same dealership as you for my HBM 2 weeks ago. Looks like they're selling 1LE's like hotcakes there.
