How deep the the ducts actually go? Does it just replace the opening or the whole duct out the wheel well?

Nice! Post some pics up when done, maybe a few of the install too!
Still trying to make my mind up on these... If they integrated the LT 'fog lights' (or whatever they're called) that would be mint
Like the better cooling aspects of these units alot!
Are these openings the same on SS and LT cars or different? I know the lights run opposite of each other and the front facia itself is different, but the openings themselves?

Edit: different, nevermind lol

for those with the HD cooling pack aux radiators, this would pretty much be the max as far as cooling goes.

and def agree, the "ricer" bulls**t get thrown around WAYYYY TOO much these days.

but it does weed out those who are into looks and those that are into function. same as with the glasspacks that were spoken of:

in the past glasspacks were cheap effective ways of quieting most cars to run on some tracks with sound limits and not take up as much space or weight as a full muffler. kinda the epitome of the term "hot rodding"... using the least to accomplish the most.

using these vents to add max airflow, short of buying a ZL1 or aftermarket bumper, and just mod your own... don't need a bag of hammers to nail that concept of functionality.

good mod in my view for track guys that can use it.

I'm curious to see how deep these ducts go into the bumper. I'm not sure if they replace the factory duct or if they feed into the factory duct.

I got these in today. They are absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to install them. If I were going to make a suggestion, it would be to either direct the air back into air Curtin ports from the factory or as a complete replacement for that duct.

Will the new ZL1 1LE dive planes work with these? Looks like they could work, would be a nice addition for the track...

I'd also be interested in a non-carbon fiber version

Color matched or just gloss black on another color and it may look ok. It seems like its missing some sort of detail to make it look less gaudy. Also, I think fender flares are obnoxious except on the 2014/15 Z/28. Those were at least tasteful and not tacked on with rivets. If someone came out with something similar to that and didn't charge an absurd amount of money for them, they'd likely have a decent seller on their hands. Just saying...

I like them but I want to retain my fog lights...wish there was a way to integrate them into this.
