No it's not. Got me a sweet Cobalt to go back and forth to work

. It came with 1 plate frame and 2 stickers. And as I'm sure others have mentioned the packaging is top notch!

Hahaha, that's sweet! I Ordered a windshield sticker for mine lol

Gonna use those plates as well. Btw, is it saying you need colder plugs? I've herd good things about those ngk plugs.

If you pulled the car into the garage without it being warm.....in open loop.....it makes sense. My plugs looked the same way with 9000 miles on it. I pulled mine into the garage cold....
