Thanks for kind words everyone. I love white vehicles too, my 98 TA is white and so is my truck, wife wanted red for her car (had to be different). It rained here all morning and it's still overcast, so didn't get a chance to get the car out any today. Tomorrow is suppose to be a half decent day. Can't wait to get it out and see under actual sunlight!! Lol. And yeah my boy, as you can tell, is just eating it up!! I think in many ways he's more excited than I am........ wait, nah, no he's not!!

Couldn't resist, had to take it for dinner tonight. Took a pic with badge lit up. Dealer LPO. Was a little worried it'd look a little importy, but I like it!

Here's a pic of the 98TA and the 1le together in the driveway today. Put about 150miles on the car today traveling through some of the hills on the PA WV border and all I can say is WOW!! I just can't get over how excellent this thing is. Such a pleasure to drive.

Figured I'd just keep posting current updates in this thread since it's already started and I'd like to keep the status in one place.
I currently have a scheduled track day at Pitt Race on this Wednesday. Car is prepped and ready to go. Before I get the car on the track there were a couple of appearance mods I wanted to do. I really like the SEMA dark tails. Took advantage of CULTRAG's Memorial Day sale and bought a set. While I was at it I decided to get a set of illuminated door sills. All in all it took about 2 1/2 hrs to install everything, taking my time with plenty of "help" from my son. First the lights; I know a lot of people on here don't like the dark tails on white vehicles, but personally I LOVE IT!! The red light lights just seemed to normal for my liking, the dark tails really seem to accentuate and compliment the rest of the satin black parts on the 1le. Just to add a little "pop" to the interior I added the light up sills. They look good during the day, giving the otherwise boring doors a very eye pleasing aesthetic upgrade. At night these things look GREAT!! They give a nice glow but not too bright. I like em, and as you can see from the pictures, my son likes em too!! Let me know what y'all think, though I know I really like the car is looking. Next up will be the zl1 1le 3rd brake light once it get released. Then the dynamic diodes smoked signal lights once they release those. On a side note CULTRAG was great to deal with. Fast shipping (got the products 3 days after I ordered). Will definitely use then again. I'm ready for the track day coming up and hopefully the weather holds out to be a fairly nice day. If all goes well I'll add the PDR footage sometime later this week.
