Many reasons may lead to a bounced TPW but clearly going back to 1100 had an effect and likely the whole of the effect. In my experience there is no was a just entered vehicle order can keep up with an already placed order at Event 3000 UNLESS no one, dealers included, are not ordering that model.

As to the story another customer was inadvertently overlooked, give me a break. Even before Becky and ChevyConnects people who ordered monitored their progress closely. I can imagine a case such as yours though, and the initials for it are ADM, whatever that means.

Unless ADM means added dealer markup, of course.

Becky confirmed I'm still 2/27...I agree with LS, I think that bounce to 1100 put you on the back end of the line & simply got bumped.

I guess the dealer could be jacking with you, but who knows. Sorry amigo.

I agree 100%. If u are the only one sounds like your dealer is playing with you. Someone slipped him some cash to get ahead of you or the owners son just realized what car this is and it's now his. Happens all the time up in Canada

I take it no one else got bumped. Of course according to my dealer it had nothing to do with them. I call bull on that. Maybe I'll just wait until it goes into production and then tell them I don't want it anymore.

I just had Becky check my status again... I was at 3000 status with TPW of 3/27 on Monday, and when she checked today I'm still at 3000 status but no TPW assigned now... I'm bummed, don't know what happened...

It doesn't seem to me that the factory is at fault. The dealer appears to have pulled your order, giving the allocation to some one else. The dealer may have resubmitted your order again, which means it went to the end of the line. I believe The order doesn't stabilize until it hits 3300. Smells very fishy at the dealer level. I am glad I received a 3/27 TPW. Hopefully I won't have any cracked "Summer Only Tires" from the very cold weather like that which plagued the C7 Corvettes. Got to look at the positive angles at this point. I started last August. It helped that Chicagoland had a few unseasonally warm days when I was able to take out the C7 Z06 and the C6 427 Convertible.

Yea that's what I am thinking too. I'm going to call next week and get the event history.

I just got bumped from 3/27 also. They don't even have a TPW for me anymore. Apparently there was another member reporting the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous.

I just sent my sales guy a text to get the event history. We will see what happened from that. Only the ordering dealer can get that info.

I was just at the dealer Saturday and the salesman showed me on the workbench that it was 2/27. This isn't the first thing that has happened with my order. It recently got pulled after already having a 2/27 TPW because the dealer skipped someone. Has anyone else with a 2/27 build week get changed to 3/27 or other date.
Yeah, mine got bumped and I no longer have a TPW for 3-27-17.
I'm back down to 3000 order status.

As of today, no new TPW for my ZL1 a10 has been assigned...

Boo hoo!!!!

Ok... I checked in and got some info for you guys who are set back a bit.

Overall production at LGR has significantly changed since Jan. The third shift went away, plus there have been some down weeks. This had quite an impact on the schedule, running at a much lower rate while they essentially reorganized the remaining 2 shifts. Some orders had to push out and/or scheduling move around. This should settle down next month.

Hope this helps, as dealers don't have any control over this. Just re-scheduling at the plant.

Some of you guys may be getting pushed into the 2018 production year since ordering books close in April.
Maybe GM will sort it out, but do not count on it.

Folks with TPWs are good and things will become a lot more clear next month.

This isn't like last time when there was a QA hold. These cars are cleared to ship now.
