A8 here. I typically buy manual but wanted to experience the 8 speed auto and performance shift mode

Autowhat? Manual is sooo much more enjoyable to drive. Drove an A8 for a week, couldn't wait to get my M6 back.

Funny the ZL1 comes in an A10 and a M6. My dealer has an M6 on the showroom floor been there for 3 weeks. He says the A10s are gone before they unload. I guess it maybe due to its exclusivity to the ZL1 right now. People eat it up.

I could never hate on the MANUAL they are a blast to drive. I have an AUTO for traffic and luxury feel.

This was a major debate for me for a while. Lots of pros and cons for both. But I ended up ordering a manual and I have no regrets! This is my first daily driver manual as well.

M6 here. These manuals are so smooth, by far the smoothest manual I've ever driven (not to say better ones aren't out there). With the active rev match it almost seems like a hybrid transmission.
