What areas did you actually get the clear bra on? Is there a post on which areas would be best to get covered?

I had the complete front bumper, entire hood including exposed CF insert, front fenders, side mirrors, side rockers, and the impact area behind the rear wheels covered. Although I considered it, I did not do the A pillars or front area of the top. There just wasn't good place to make a break with the film and I didn't want a noticeable seam.

Do the metallics pop through the film? Or are they muted?

They pop through the film. Your hard pressed to tell what areas have film on it and what don't.
