I have had this issue come up once with my new Camaro. My old ATS prompted me on this as well more than a few times. Nothing was found at the dealer and I lived with it. When my new Camaro said the same thing I took it with a grain of salt.

Hey guys, I just had the warning on my 2017 Fifty SS come on. now in all fairness, its -25 and 1.5 feet of snow. I just had it in the shop at work and washed it, (gotta keep it shiny) I did dry it but then drove across town and did some shopping. when I came out, the car was a bit stuck so turned off traction control to get moving and that's when I couldn't turn it back on and got the notice. when I got home, some nice people had followed me and told me my right front wasn't turning. I waited a few and tried it and all are turning. Notice still on. do you think its cause it was wet and freezing. that's my theory.

If you got Onstar push the blue button when it happens they should be able to tell you right away what it is.

That message began to appear for me when the weather started to get cold. It occurs occasionally when I blip the throttle while starting in first gear (M6).

^^My understanding is 3 wheels were rotating but the 4th was frozen. I'm not sure how it was possible to drive with a stuck wheel but I have seen stranger things... Like getting passed by a wheel (not attached to anything) on the interstate while doing ~75-80 mph on my motorcycle.

You know its slick outside when you can drive across town with one of your wheels locked up and not know it.

Not my video but similar. In my case the wheel passed from behind. I immediately moved over from the far inside lane to the far outside lane (3 lane interstate) because no telling where it was going to go.

yeah it was slick, turning corners it was like I was sliding on ice. no telling how long it was going on but it was a bit of a squirrely ride for sure. it usually does really well, but I thought with traction control off, that was why I was sliding so much. little did I know. no washing at -20 or lower. lesson learned.

Had something simliar happen too, luckly he was in the right lane at the time or the tire would have done some damage to someones car - https://youtu.be/wmZESogYC1M

Camaro n Winter

Just thought I would show you my world. Woke up this morning and its - 41 outside. I know my 50 would start but not gonna do it. it can wait. And as you know the SS does not come with a block heater. My 2 LT did but not the SS, So if and GM guys are reading this, for the sake of future customers, put a block heater in every vehicle.
