Over in Texas, it's pretty chilly today, the heated seats and steering wheel is very nice.

yes very nice

Since I maintain all my cars I never liked heated anything in the passed since the complexity of the systems and subsequent cost of repair alarmed me.
But since I have them now I welcome the technology since it does function extremely well.
My wife wants to trade in our Equinox for a 2017 just to get the heated seats and wheel.
I guess as you get older you accept the comforts that new technology brings.
Chevy has been on point in many areas with their new cars.

What a very nice touch these options are. I would not expect something this classy and upscale on a Chevrolet. I use mine, but really don't drive it enough in the winter to take advantage of them. Thanks, Chevy!

For sure. I really love the heated steering wheel. Never had one before and didn't think I'd use it, but oh man, it's great on those cold mornings or after a late night car meet.

Used it a couple times when the car was parked outside the garage. Useful feature.

There should also be a cooled streering option for the summers!

I almost don't even need to run the heat since it keeps my hands and rump toasty. That heated steering wheel is probably the best thing ever.

Like the heated steering same as my truck, but unlike the truck the seats only do the bottom and not the back, think they need to add that to the car.

The heated seat covers the bottom 3 center pads on the back of the seat, but not the top pad with the SS logo on it -- at least on the 2SS it does. I don't use the heated seats, but the woman loves them -- though she says the 6th gen doesn't get as warm as the 5th gen did and she isn't thrilled that it turns the power down a notch every 30 minutes.

The heated steering wheel is pointless in Florida. I would love to wire that button to do something else.

The cooled seats are just a fan that blows up through the bottom seat cushion only. But setting AC to floor vent really improves the feel by feeding the fan the coolest air.

Heated seats are pathetic in my 2017 2SS. My wife's 2016 Equinox seats are amazing.

Absolutely love the heated steering wheel.

Love mine. It was 6 degrees here this morning. It's nice to not have to wear gloves when driving in the cold.

I don't have the heating stuff but the suede seats/wheel are really great at not getting too hot or too cold! My other cars have leather steering wheels and they can get freezing.
