I had both of the hatchback generations of Camaros. They were great cars but I would never consider a hatchback version of the 6th generation. I love the coupe too much.

I would do a hatchback. If it had the same lines as the coupe (basically the current rear window would lift up). My parents had a 3rd gen when I was a kid, and I like that style. But what the OP posted are shooting brakes. Not my thing. I'd rather have a full on wagon (which I did! A Magnum SRT8). I also wouldn't kick a CTS or E-Class wagon out of the garage for eating crackers.

I'm with you. When I get my Camaro it will share the garage with my E Class wagon.

Would the cts-v wagon not fill this genre?

I must be old. My parents had a 1963 impala when I was a kid. Of course I ended up with it, put in a 540hp 383 capable of high 11s at 118

And my first new car was a 3rd gen!!

E55/63 or even E500 are pretty cool.
I had a killer Audi S4 Avant with V8 / 6spd. Loved that car and with AWD and snow tires it was simply a monster snow car.

My eyes never recovered after GM released this vehicle. It was like Pontiac wanted another take on the National Lampoons Vacation Family Truckster.

Well, I always thought the sporty hearse looked cool and had potential as both an awesome grocery getter and street show car... only thing that kept me far away from it was the lack of a Manual and massive weight... at the time, I would have gotten a Subie hatch instead if I had the money I have now

If I want to drive a hatchback, I enjoy my Z3 Coupe.
