What car is your 1LE replacing? Do you have a separate daily driver? - Page 2

Not replacing anything! The car will be my weekend fun car and random track day queen when I'm not tracking my Miata.

This will be my fun car/track car/work car. I work for a Road Course and I will be using this for my personal track car as well as a car to take clients out on course for hot laps and put their $100k+ cars to shame!

My daily is either a 2011 STI hatchback or a 2011 Land Rover LR4

I also plan on doing a few hillclimbs with the 1LE and I want to do the America Adventure Rally for the Northeast next year.

Replacing my track car / auto X and daily 2015 mk7 Golf R with stage 2 upgrades. So far this thing has been a perfect fit in every conceivable way!

The 1LE will likely replace my '98 Trans Am's Daily Driver Duties as well as a project '07 Z51 Corvette I have sitting in my garage collecting dust and not running.

I'd like to keep the Trans Am but my wife has more interest in starting an old 50's era pickup project (and she's too short to operate the clutch in the Trans Am) so an old truck would be more of an "us" toy.

She has her '08 Mini Cooper for daily driving and long trips and we have a '05 Expedition for hauling people or trailers.

Replacing a 2012 AMG C63 coupe. Had Engine Development Package (481hp), Wavetrac LSD, secondary cat delete (sounded mean as hell), lowered on H&Rs, with 19" AMG wheels. I daily a Lexus CT200h F-Sport. After more than 60 cars, this is my first American made. Tomorrow I'm picking up the grey one at Cummins in KY

I drove a 2012 C63 sedan a couple weeks ago and loved it! Perfect seats and oversteer on demand. If only it had a manual transmission.

i'm 22. My first car was given to me by my dad. I was very grateful for that in high school. a volvo c30. the 2 door hatchback. 6 speed, 5 cylinder turbo. It was unique i'll give it that. That was my idea with it pretty heavily modified 300hp/350lbs. Full alpine system. lowered, wheels, you name it.
After a few years i bought a used 2001 Toyota 4runner that i use everyday and as my utility vehicle. I use it to go skiing and carry my dirt bike.
I got rid of the volvo and just placed an order for my new 2017 Camaro SS 1LE. I should have it paid off in 3 years with a chunk of money down. Totally stunned i'm buying something like this, i never drove it nor seen a 1le packaged camaro. But i need something to compete with my dad's 2014 911 4S. That car spoils me. And yes it is a 7 speed manual. I make sure there never is an automatic in my house. I live by the stick
The toyota is a tank. It will never die and since i bought it i have put 0 dollars into it. No rattles, no sounds, has all the dings and scratches you want so you don't feel bad. I'm absolutely nuts about cars, detailing and waxing. I maintain the paint to perfection, i got all the tools you can think of. So having a truck i don't have to care about (exterior wise) is a pleasure.

Not replacing anything, this is just a fun and occasional track car, unless I can reactivate my membership at MSR, then it might become more of a dedicated track car. Haven't owned any performance oriented cars in many years. Having another mid-life crisis at 67 yo
