We have FAR more of a sense of humor out here. HUGE State, with few people and good roads. Speeding is a way of life out here. When we had the idiotic, 55 mph limit 30+ years ago, we didn't enforce it.
The Feds came down on us so we issued
$5, NO points speeding cites for years.
Eventually we went to a 65, then a 75 and now an 80 mph limit on most of the Interstate.

Yeah. I have REAL issues staying legal when I travel, especially the east coast States.
