I'm not 100% sure, but I remember reading that it didn't physically fit. Something about the Corvette's transmission being a transaxle unit (mounted in the back), and it didn't translate well to the Camaro.

It was done this way due to safety concerns. IF it's becomes a PITA hopefully a tune setting can fix it.
This is funny, and I can't wait to play with it, because I was fiddling around in a 2SS the other day, and it took my 4 minutes to realize the interior lighting options were on the home screen...

The line lock/launch control features aren't easy to find, and I am sure they did this on purpose in case your 16 year old son hops behind the wheel.

It took me about 10 minutes of looking at the manual and playing with the car to find it.

1. Car in track mode.
2. Car in 1st gear, clutch pressed, foot on brake.
3. I think you press the traction control twice or hold it down. I forget. This brings you into the "performance traction mode", and unlocks the launch control line lock stuff.
4. Go into your setting and down to launch control, arrow to the right.
5. Enjoy!

They meaning GM? I highly doubt it due to safety reasons and how it's programmed into the display.

But 3rd party companies will, just like the 5th Gen
