Certainly still a roller coaster ride. Was told car was held for QC, then showed shipped then 4300, now showing 4D00.

Sorry to hear about the QC hold :( That really blows.
Mine is on the rails and should be getting off the rails on the 14th and then to the dealer, hopefully, by the 17th.

Not sure, but they will be exposed to some level of iron particulate just being around the train

Sorry to hear you are still on QC hold, Blue. Any update?
Looks like I will be able to take delivery tomorrow. Hopefully no issues with the quality in general. I saw a few people on these forums with panel gap issues, bad paint, dents and other unpleasantries. It is like watching a scary movie and then being scared the stuff will happen to you.

My car just got on the train to Ca. yesterday. Was built on 9/2. 17 days on QC hold. Seems several of our cars are on QC hold. Now 10-12 days on the train.
