Laaaaame Livernois

Also, fuel octane for each run must be disclosed in order to have a trust worthy power comparisson.

They are not marketing numbers. If you read the graph you will see exactly where the max and peak gains differ. Simply looking at the split of peak vs peak does not negate the max gains.

There is no mention of peak horsepower gains of 40+ guys. Just peak HP gain. Look at the graph at about 2600 rpm for HP. Torque.. unsure.

Livernoise has a good name with the ford ecoboost crowd.

Yea you're right. 40hp in the powerband, kind of misleading but I guess my fault for not reading

There aren't gains of 40hp ANYWHERE on the HP curve.

+ 1, and TQ is so erratic down low that seems irrelevant, certainly misleading claims at least.

I understand a vendor like Livernois thinking stock is "boring" since they live in a world of improving performance where money is no object, but, my car is anything but boring!

I love the performance of my Camaro and it is one of the fastest bone stock muscle cars made. It beats every bone stock Mustang GT and SRT in existence and has the potential to scare a whole bunch of brand new Corvettes and the like. Would I like to have another 41 (unproven) HP, yeah probably, but not at $599 for the tuner (I already have the CAI).

A few more minor bolt on mods and I will spend less than the $599 getting a dyno tune.

Livernois does good tunes, wonder if Andy runs this forum also LOL
They think some of us are easy influenced by what they and post. They lost a ton of respect on other LS forums because of Andy and his hostile ways. Sorry guys this group isn't like the rest where you can trick people.
