I like them all. I love my Gen 6 but the Gen 5s were damn good looking cars too.

The 5th Gen was freakin HUGE. Its 1 of 2 reasons I never did, or would own one. Other being that stupid retro gauge cluster(s).

Didn't like the '09-'13 Camaro too square and bulky looking
'14-'15 Camaro was better but still not my cup of tea, really disliked the tail lights for some reason.
Once the '16 Camaro came out it had my attention, but it took getting up close to look at one that convinced me that I really did like it.

Man I can't wait to see a 1LE or ZL1 in person, especially with the dark tail lights
This.
I owned a third gen firebird. And a fourth gen Trans am.
But this new camaro had me at hello!!!

The 5th gen looks like a beast, something you don't mess with, a bully on the track. The 6th gen is cute. 6th gen looks like it can fit one person in it comfortably and any other passengers are screwed.

It can fit two comfortably, but yes anyone else after that is screwed.

The front of the Gen6 looks more intimidating than the Gen5

It really is. Whenever I park in a crowded parking lot I get out an look back (because my car looks bad ass LOL) and think holy crap that car is giant. It really almost defies logic how great it is on a track. I can't wait to try the gen 6 1LE.

I just swapped from my 2013 1LE and the new SS feels much smaller, lighter and quicker right away when you start driving it. The interior is much sportier now, like a fighter cockpit. The 1LE package addressed the handing and amazingly made the car a track star. If the Gen5 were a 280lb offensive tackle then the Gen6 SS is a 220lb running back. Lighter, leaner, quicker, more tossable all come to mind.

One side note, as we know visibility has always been a topic of discussion with the Camaro but I think the forward visibility is improved in the Gen6. It has to do with the dash and the styling effect they created as it flows toward the passenger side. The only folks who will appreciate it are Gen5 owners. It is hard to explain but the dash in the Gen6 feels lower to me on the passenger side than it did in the Gen5. You can kinda of see it here, it feels like it slopes down on the passenger side but it really doesn't.

Also note the Corvette look of the hood from the driving position.

2013 Gen5 1LE - Black and Gen6 2SS - Mosaic Black Other than the wheel and tire package it the 1LE does't look any more aggressive to me.

What Mosaic Black looks like with some sun shining on it.

Exactly, and that's the problem with black Gen 6's too. Painting mine dark silver.

6 really is a sharp looking car. How's the suspension compared to your 1LE? Did you get the mag ride? I'm sure you can really feel the 200lbs difference.
The visibility is what it is. It's not as horrible as some people say once you get used to it and totally worth it for the chopped look.
