Yeah, not wild about that video clip, too harsh. Put up another one.

I think you might find a set of magnaflow 6 inch diameter mufflers will make the ride easier. Drone is a real issue with no mufflers.

Yeah...If you're over 25 you're gonna be hating life soon.

Every redneck Silverado in town is running straight pipes and it's obnoxious, but Hey, whatever turns you on...

I'm 42 and always loved the sound of straight pipes. I work less than a mile from my house. Sometimes I carpool with my wife. This is mostly a weekend car. Like I said its not for everyone. Even my Magnaflow on my 5th Gen SS was a muffler delete. Love that sound.

I basically have the exact same black 1SS. I had custom 3" exhaust done as well with 3" X-pipe, flex pipes, but I also used single chamber (identical to flowmaster 10's) mufflers, 4" tips. I was a little upset that they wouldn't cut off the secondary cats. Mine sounds good but could seriously be louder. I've thought about taking it back and having the mufflers cut out.

My guy said he would cut out my secondary cat. But suggested I do it when the warranty runs out. If you take out the muffler it's going to be loud!! I like loud V8's!!

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

No muffler? That is pretty ballz!
I assume no dyno runs?I'm curious as to what such an unbaffled system would put down.
If you get the time can you please take a video of what it sounds like driving?
I love my npp but want to hear it when I'm playing music.

Not going to lie, I have to turn the music up more than usual. Conversations will have to be raised slightly lol. No dyno. I would do one probably after the intake. Also, I will either buy a mount for the phone or have my daughter record as the passenger. It's gives off a deep rumble just driving normal. But almost sounds like a Lambo or Ferrari when I get on it!!
