nope. Wheels should be ok. They are listed in the normal accessories.

I am waiting for the taillights and the cill plates. They had to generate a temporary work order to keep my voucher from expiring.

They issue them without releasing any of the cool stuff!

Mainly dealership / manufacturer mess ups. So instead of giving you a flat out discount on the car (which hurts their sales money on the car itself) they give you the certificates as an apology and take the hit on the parts which their profit is not that great with em to begin with.
