Thank you guys for replying...i was extremely busy with work and hence could not go to the dealership. I sent an email to gmprioritycare@gm.com and did not receive any replies. When I talked to the customer service rep on the "live chat" she asked me to go to the dealership and that they need to try and resolve the issue first..
Looks like a trip to the dealership...will update this thread with what happens at the dealership.

I went to the dealership (Chevrolet Cadillac of Bellevue) yesterday (5/26) to talk to them. First the sales guy, who sold me the car walked with me to look at the spots I was talking about and was like "I don't see anything wrong" (inside driver-side door area) and then I compared another black (non mossaic black) Camaro RS and the missing paint was evident...he says..."you know what, if you care that much, you could take the panels out and spray paint these missing areas"!

I asked if I could see a Service specialist. The service specialist looked at the missing paint and apathetically said, "eh its how it came out of the factory, I see missing paint all the time. The machine just did not paint these spots" and when I said lets compare with any other color Camaro and if they have same issues I will go away. He would not come with me and asked me to see the sales guys to show me other Camaros and he just walked away.

I will contact the GM Warranty again and let them know about the situation again and see what they have to say.

PM Chevy Customer Care here in the forum, ask them to find you another dealer that can look at your paint issues and open up a case. It is quite obvious Chevy Bellevue don't care, find another dealer that gives you some respect.

GM products have gotten as good as other brands. The one thing GM still lacks a lot on is their dealer network. Until they find a way or the where with all to fix the general lack of customer service in their dealer network, they will have issues. I've owned a lot of vehicles and each time I decide on a GM product (different dealerships) the dealer customer service experience is always lacking behind the other brands. This includes GMC/Buick dealership, Chevy and Saturn.

They must have that down sounds very familiar, the paint will not be the same on any other color something went really wrong with this color . You need to work hard and be firm they have to make it right its under warranty

Don't let the employee's downplay this problem. You don't deserve a subpar paint job like that, keep pushing for a fix and don't give up the fight.
