There is an easy solution to this, it's called "Shift by Wire". There will be electronic solenoids for shifting. Inside there will be a Joystick. Electronic braking will just shift the trany into neutral.

Perhaps but easier and cheaper to fix. Auto breaks and for sake of someone not tearing up their manual, head to head the manual should last longer besides clutch needing replacement. Auto rebuilding Id imagine will cost significantly more.

Seems like it can still work with a manual. You can do auto start with one.

Like they have electric parking brakes they will have electric clutches when the system activates
